When Is Submersion Festival 2024?

Submersion Festival 2024 occurs October 4th-5th for the main festival with a pre-party on Thursday, October 3rd.

What Sound Systems And Production Will You Have?

One-Source Productions will be providing a Funktion-One rig on our Beach Stage, while Intent Audios largest custom made system to date will be debuting on our Woods Stage.

​

Can We Bring Soundsystems For A Renegade Campground?

Absolutely not. We have 2 stages running all night long, so there is no need for additional sound camps.

​

What Time Does The Event Start & End Each Day?

Thursday Early Entry gates open at 12 p.m. and music runs on the woods stage from 6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m. We will be hosting a late-night movie night from 3:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.

Music begins as early as 2:00 p.m. on Friday & Saturday and runs until Sunrise the following morning.

Gates open at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 4th.

What’s The Best Time To Arrive?

We recommend arriving for our Early Entry party on Thursday. Thursday will include the woods stage running from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. and movie night from 3:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. Gates on Thursday are 12:00 p.m.

What Time Does The Festival End?

The last set of Submersion will be Sunday morning's sunrise set. Attendees MUST be off of the property by

3 p.m. Sunday.

 

What Are The Box Office/Gate/Will Call Hours?

Everyone must arrive during box office hours. NO EXCEPTIONS. No lining up overnight or parking on the roadside to camp. Our box office hours ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. If you choose to car camp or purchase an RV space there will be NO RE-ENTRY. General parking can come can come and go each day if they choose. 

 

Box Office Hours:

Thursday: 12 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Friday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Is There Re-Entry For The Festival?

If you choose to car camp or purchase an RV space there will be NO RE-ENTRY. General parking can come can come and go each day if they choose. 

 

Is Submersion Festival An All Ages Event?

No, we are not. We are a 21+ festival and a valid ID is required for entry and to bring in alcohol.

NO EXCEPTIONS. Please read below for our BYOB policy.

 

What Is Your BYOB Policy?

We are allowing three (3) items per person (21+ w/ valid ID required). An item can be the following:

-Up to 30 beers

-A box of wine

-A bottle of liquor (please empty into non-glass bottles)

-NO GLASS ALLOWED!
 

Do You Allow Totem Poles?

NO! 100% hard no. NA fam.

Are There Bathrooms & Showers?

Yes. No really, you heard us right. We will have FREE HOT SHOWERS running for the length of the event. In addition to showers, there are flushable bathrooms also located in both the men's & women's rooms in the bathhouse! We will have teams working around the clock to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.

Are Pets Allowed? 

NO PETS ALLOWED. If you have a service animal, please bring all of their papers and be mindful of our sound systems and your pets!

When Can I Arrive If I Have A GA Weekend Pass?

GA Weekend Pass holders can arrive after gates open at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 4th. 

 

When Can I Arrive If I Have An Early Entry Pass?

Early-Entry Pass holders can arrive as early as 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 3rd. You must have a weekend pass in order to attend our Thursday Early Entry party.

 

Will There Be Single Day Passes?

Yes, single passes are available. All single-day pass holders must purchase a general parking pass. 

CAMPING & RVS

We Have GA Parking And Our Crew Has Carside Camping. Will We Be Able To Camp With Them?

YES. If you have GA parking, you can walk your gear in and camp in any of the designated camping spots, including the carside camping areas with your friends.

My Friends Have A Car Camping/RV Site, Can I Drive My Car In To Drop My Stuff Off Before Parking In The GA Lot?

No. We want to keep the roads open for all vehicles that will be parking inside of the festival grounds to stop congestion.

If I Have Carside Camping And I Want To Leave And Come Back, Will That Be Allowed?

No. Once you are in, you are in. If you HAVE to leave for whatever reason, you will not be able to bring your car back into the car side camping area and will have to park at the end of the GA Lot.

We Are Using A Standard U-HAUL Van, Will We Have To Pay For An RV Space?

No. As long as your vehicle (and it’s attachments, collectively) are less than 20 feet, you do not have to pay for an RV pass. However, if you’re pulling a pop-up and both vehicles are collectively bigger than 20 feet, you do have to pay for an RV spot (even if you’re not using the hookups.)

Are Festival Passes Included In The RV Pass?

Everyone staying in an RV MUST purchase a GA Weekend Pass. RVs come with (4) Early-Entry Passes. Any additional Early Entry passes must be purchased to arrive with the RV on Thursday, October 3rd. Once you are in, you are in. If you HAVE to leave for whatever reason, you will not be able to bring your car back into the car-side camping area and will have to park at the end of the GA Lot.

We have an RV pass with multiple cars. Are all cars covered?

RV passes grant you space for (1) car to park with you. Any additional cars must park in the GA Parking lot.

 

When Can RV’s Arrive On-Site?

We ask that ALL RVs arrive on-site Thursday, October 3rd, by 8:00 p.m. Gates open at 12 p.m.

 

Where Do We Dump Our Waste? Can we bring quiet generators into the campgrounds?

Dumping is 100% on the RV Ticket Holders and is to be done OFF-SITE.

Can We Bring Quiet Generators Into The Campgrounds?

Unfortunately, you can not bring generators ANYWHERE on the grounds.

​

Where Do We Camp if We Don’t Have Car-Side Camping?

You will park your cars in a designated parking area and walk a short distance with your camping gear into the campground/event area. NO CARS will be allowed in the campground/event area unless you have a Car-Side Camping Pass.

Is There Parking At The Festival, And How Much Is Parking?

Yes, there is parking. All cars arriving at the festival need either a parking pass to park in the general parking lot or a car camping pass to park in the campgrounds. A parking pass is $45 for each vehicle, while a car camping pass is $80 for each vehicle. Both can be purchased here. Please note all car camping passes can not move their vehicle once parked and are not allowed to re-enter the festival if they leave. Regular $45 parking passes are allowed for re-entry.

 

Will My Car Be Searched?

Yes, your car will be searched once upon entry. All cars are subject to search upon entry by security. Security personnel reserve the right to prohibit items seen as Illegal, harmful, dangerous, or not in the best interest of the festival and its patrons.

Do you provide services for ADA patrons?

Submersion Festival provides the following services to support our disabled festival goers:
   •    ADA Carside Camping (no extra cost)
   •    Access to power in ADA Carside Camping
   •    Wheelchair accessible toilets
   •    Wheelchair accessible showers
   •    Cold storage for medicine
   •    Service animal line

Do you allow service animals?

  • All service animals must be registered with the ADA department. Please bring documentation. 

  • All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be maintained 

  • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Will There Be Food Vendors On-Site?

Yes - we will have an assortment of Food Vendors serving a variety of foods, including Vegan/Vegetarian options.

Can I Bring Food And A Grill To Cook? 

Yes - you may bring food to cook on a camp stove (must run on 16oz or Smaller Propane).

 

How Much Alcohol Can I Bring?

Yes. We will have multiple water fill stations for the weekend and all water will be filtered.
